Bananas are really nutritious and come with lots of health benefit but I think it is something Jacobo Árbenz Guzmán; a former president of Guatemala hated throughout his life. I believe even in his afterlife, he will still hate that fruit. Simply because his government was overthrown on June 27, 1954 through a coup sponsored by United Fruit simply because his banana policies didn’t favour the company.
But our attention today is to have a look at some of the health benefits the in-take of banana does to the body when one decides to eat just two per day. And so what comes with the consumption of bananas?
1.Arterial Pressure will stabilize.
Blood pressures are major determinants of one’s health. Therefore having a normal blood is really paramount as having a high blood pressure is something doctors are against as it can be a source of all kinds of diseases. Bananas reduce high blood pressure thanks to the fact that they contain around 420 mg of potassium.
And so the daily in-take of bananas helps stabilizes one arterial pressure therefore doing away with all kinds of diseases and one of course needs to try to take at least two bananas per day.

Because of its high fiber content, once you eat a banana, you won’t want to eat anymore. Additionally, bananas have a type of carbohydrate that lowers hunger and prevents weight gain. It causes your blood sugar to drop and increases insulin sensitivity in your body.

An average banana has about 27 milligrams of magnesium in it. This mineral is in charge of fostering happiness and sound sleep.

Vitamin B6 is abundant in bananas. One banana provides about 20% of your daily needed amount of vitamin B6 on average. This aids in the production of hemoglobin, insulin, and amino acids by your body, all of which are necessary for the growth of healthy cells.
